Privacy and data

The public demo uses authored fictional records and runs in your browser. Resolva keeps coarse hourly service-request counts, grouped by public route, response outcome and heuristic browser-like, agent-like or unknown client category. These are not unique visitors or verified identities. We do not retain IP addresses, raw user-agent strings, referrers, query strings or request bodies in these counters. The aggregate window is 30 days and is pruned on writes; dormant stored aggregates can persist until the next update. No advertising scripts, gameplay recording, cookies or local storage are added. Changing the demo selector stays in your browser. Opening a JSON link sends the fictional scenario name as a normal request; it does not submit a personal measurement. Hosting providers may process ordinary access logs. Sandbox connector access is separate and requires authentication. Emailing us shares what you choose to send with us and our email providers so we can respond. Please do not email payment details, identity documents, patient information or private research records. Any future research collection will require its own disclosed consent. A separate optional write-only feedback channel at /data-requests requires explicit consent to the Resolva owner and their authorized ChatGPT and Claude connections reading and analyzing submissions. Hosting and AI services process data; storage uses provider-managed encryption, not owner-only decryption. Public visitors, other accounts, outside agents and Maritime are denied private reads. Do not submit invention disclosures, credentials, patient records, personal identifiers or confidential third-party data. Records remain until owner removal; contact us with a receipt ID to request removal. There is no automatic retention purge. Collection starts closed and is capped at100lifetime admissions and25daily. Existing recovery-encrypted records remain unchanged and are not migrated. No public human study runs. Optional approved-source collection checks only two fixed public catalog endpoints, at most once per UTC day each, through a linked daily cloud task or visits. Only projected catalog facts are stored; participant files, faces, gaze traces and executables are not downloaded.
